Add people from call sheets on M-PDB and E-PDB

Example of a postcard note for mailing:
“Booked lead role in bafta award winning director’s film 113 degrees, played brilliant, emotionally unstable astronaut.”

Give casting director’s a small gift after they cast you. It’s personal, it’s appreciated, and it’s a way for them to remember you.

A great phase to use when contacting your manager/agent about info: “I just want to make sure I’m not dropping the ball…”

Most of the time right now: reels are used to get representation, clips are used to get jobs

Send postcards to commercial casting directors twice a month to book commercials

One Sheets – more visual!, quotes, pics, career updates, news, ex. like a cover of a magazine, fun, funny, personality, always have contact info, your name really big, the more visual the better

*Greg Hain makes one sheets for people

Marketing Magnet: imagining you are marketing to one person and not to the world

Castability Sheets – easier than one sheets, more about the words, this is how you cast me etc., include breakdowns, include contact info, use PAGES for castability sheet Brian & Brian’s Actor Salon
