from Brittney – great agent advice

Hey rachel-
i copied and pasted this for you from the "secret agent man" blog on backstage. this was two years ago, but not much has changed. the secret agent is an agent at a TOP agency who blogs anonymously. it helped give me an idea of where to shoot. after you pick the agencies, either ask if your friends/peers (a small group, not your big email) know any specific agents they are excited about or know from your agency list- AND in addition yes, use IMDB pro to check out the agencies agents and where their client lists lie. if you don’t have an account, borrow! 🙂
